Desired Candidate Qualities:

Responsibilities:

· Candidates will be responsible for developing 2D graphics for use in virtual maintenance simulations

· Convert subject source material and engineering drawings or photos into isometric or orthographic realistic 2D illustrations

· Interrupting technical manuals to create graphics for equipment maintenance procedures

· Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders and work collaboratively within a team as well as independently on assigned projects

· Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

· Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions, and other technical constraints

· Prototype and iterate on graphics, and user interfaces based on feedback from team members

· Work with other artists, animators, and programmers to execute projects on time

Education:

· A Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Graphic Design, Multimedia Art

Requirements and Expectations:

· US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Secret Clearance

· Must be proficient with Adobe Illustrator

· Must be familiar with Adobe Creative Suite

· Ability to learn and adapt to new workflows and methods

· Ability to take feedback and make changes as required

· Updated portfolio of previous work
