Security Clearance:

• “Special Access Program (SAP) within 6 months at time of award

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree, No specific discipline

The Government will evaluate resumes to ensure that the minimum education requirements are met. In addition, as described in detail in Section M of the solicitation, the Government will evaluate resumes based on the strength of the proposed individual’s education and rate the resume accordingly.

Experience Description:

The following is a detailed description of the labor category experience that in the judgment of the Navy is required to successfully perform this effort. As described in detail in Section M of the solicitation, the Government will evaluate resumes based on the strength of the proposed individual’s experience and rate the resume accordingly.

• Completed a Surface Commander Command tour or completed seven (7) years’ experience at the warfare commander staff level planning and executing BMD/IAMD operations or planning and executing similar BMD/IAMD training
• Qualified Aegis BMD Tactical Action Officer, or similar Air Defense qualification, or related experience
• Five (5) years’ experience on capabilities and limitations of AEGIS weapons system baselines
• Five (5) years’ experience on Fleet and Theater Air Defense Commander IAMD publications for BMD Certifications and sustainment exercises
• Experience preparing materials and briefs to executive level audiences
• Experience supporting planning or execution of BMD operations or exercises
