Security Clearance:

• “Top Secret” / “Sensitive Compartmented Information” level clearance at the time of award

Education:

Although there is no minimum education requirement, the Government reserves the right to provide a higher rating to a resume with a strong educational background.

Experience Description:

The following is a detailed description of the labor category experience that in the judgment of the Navy is required to successfully perform this effort. As described in detail in Section M of the solicitation, the Government will evaluate resumes based on the strength of the proposed individual’s experience and rate the resume accordingly.

• Twenty (20) years Surface Navy experience including technical management as a Naval Officer supervising combat system configuration, operation, testing, maintenance, and repair
• Scenario development, scripting, and role-playing experience, or recent in-depth Combat Systems Training Team experience
• Simulation configuration and operation experience preferably using Joint Semi Automated Forces (JSAF)
• Five (5) years BMD subject matter expert
• BMD Combat Systems Coordinator/Watch Officer/Tactical Action Officer qualification with experience conducting BMD operations or equivalent joint/agency BMD operations
• Project planning experience
